Compensation: $1,200 USD/month base + uncapped commissions

About the Company: Our client is an established, fully remote global company operating since 2013, with a diverse team across Latin America and beyond. They work across two business lines: one focused on custom products such as pins, patches, socks, and similar items for U.S. customers, and another focused on connecting SMBs, designers, and creators with a global factory network. About the Role: We’re looking for a Senior Creative Specialist / Inside Sales Representative to join the custom products team. This is a consultative inbound sales role, not a cold-calling role. You’ll act as a trusted advisor for customers looking to bring custom product ideas to life, guiding them through design, pricing, and production decisions. The goal is not one-off transactions, but building long-term repeat accounts. You’ll be measured on responsiveness, activity levels, and conversion, and you’ll be expected to operate with a high level of ownership from day one.
You Will:
Own the inbound sales cycle for custom product opportunities from first contact to close
Respond to leads in under 5 minutes and maintain consistent, structured follow-up
Consult with customers on product options, pricing, design, and production needs
Send quotes and mockups to move opportunities forward with urgency
Manage a high-volume inbound pipeline with strong CRM discipline in Pipedrive
Handle customer conversations across chat, email, calls, and video via Intercom
Build and nurture repeat accounts, not just one-time transactions
Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Hit KPIs related to response times, quotes shared, mockups sent, activity levels, and call outcomes
About You:
Your Background:
2–5 years of recent quota-carrying sales experience in an Account Executive, Inside Sales, or consultative sales role
Proven experience handling high-volume inbound leads
Strong professional English fluency
Clear and confident communication across chat, email, calls, and video
Strong CRM discipline and structured follow-up habits
High ownership and urgency
Comfortable working independently without micromanagement
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote startup environment
Laptop or desktop with 8GB+ RAM, stable internet, and a quiet professional workspace
Nice to Have:
Experience in custom products, apparel, packaging, manufacturing, or e-commerce
Experience with Pipedrive and/or Intercom
Experience collaborating with design or production teams
Basic Adobe Illustrator knowledge
Startup or small-team background
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation: $1,200 USD/month base + uncapped commissions
Commission: 2x base at 100% target achievement
OTE: $2,400–$4,500 USD/month based on performance
