About the role
As a Recruiter, you’ll manage the recruitment process end-to-end, acting as a strategic partner for both clients and candidates. This is a client-facing role where your decisions, communication, and execution directly impact hiring outcomes and business results.
You’ll work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to close active deals, deliver an excellent hiring experience, and contribute to Near’s continued growth.
What You’ll Do:
Client Relationship Management
Lead kick-off meetings to deeply understand client needs, role requirements, and expectations
Align recruitment strategies with client goals and business context
Own client communication throughout the process, ensuring high-quality service and fast, proactive responses
Candidate Sourcing & Engagement
Use multiple sourcing strategies, including proactive outreach and database management
Interview and assess candidates, focusing on quality, fit, and long-term success
Build ongoing relationships with candidates through clear, transparent communication
Manage offers and drive processes to successful deal closure
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience (agency experience preferred)
Strong client and stakeholder management skills
Ability to execute and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Experience working remotely (preferred)
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
High agency with strong ownership over results
